This Cookie Policy explains how VEXDROP uses cookies and similar technologies such as local storage and session storage.


What we use


Strictly necessary (always active)

  • Shopping cart — remembers the products in your cart.
  • Login session — keeps you signed in to your customer account.
  • Preferences — remembers your currency, language and display settings.
  • Security — helps protect the checkout and your account against abuse.
  • Your cookie choice — remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies.
  • Interface state — small technical values, for example to show the welcome animation only when you first open the shop.


The shop platform (SellAuth) also records cookieless, aggregated visit statistics that do not identify you.


Analytics (only with your consent)

  • Campaign attribution — if you arrive through a link with campaign parameters (UTM) or from another website, this source is stored and attached to your order so we can see which campaigns work.


Marketing (only with your consent)

  • Affiliate referral codes — if you arrive through an affiliate link, the referral code is stored so the referring partner can be credited for your purchase.


Optional categories are only activated after you agree in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.


Legal basis


Strictly necessary storage does not require consent (§ 25(2) TDDDG); related processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Analytics and marketing storage is based on your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future.


How long we keep your choice


Your cookie choice is stored for [180] days. After that, the banner asks again.


Third parties


Our shop platform (SellAuth) and payment providers may set cookies that are necessary to provide the checkout and payment process.
